This service is free of charge and available for items that are currently in stock at our store. When browsing our online store, you can easily check if a product qualifies for this service by looking for the option to collect it within 2 business hours. If the store closes within two hours of your click & collect purchase, your order will be available for pick up the next day.
We kindly request that you await our Ready to Collect SMS notification before visiting the store. This message will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the collection process.
Once your Click & Collect items are ready for pickup, you can collect them from our store at the counter.

‘The same day’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at your selected store by the end of the day you placed your order or within 2 business hours rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes.
‘The next day’ Means your items have been ordered outside of business hours and are typically ready to collect at your selected store within 2 business hours the next day.
Please Note: Collection time frames are subject to changes in circumstances. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
